From the very beginning, they lost the objectivity.
And so right now, all that I got from the medical examiner's report was that he was doing his best to bring the objectivity and the facts back into the case.
And as far as where it's going,
It doesn't necessarily seem like he's leaning one way or the other, but he's letting you know what he needs.
For example, yes, he told us that it's significant that there was the red lesion in his occipital region, the back of the head, no one's head.
He didn't say, oh, it's probably blunt force trauma.
Ooh, somebody probably punched him.
He just said what it was.
And he said, Dr. Mitchell, he said what he needs to rule it out.
So for me, he's not trying to lead us.

He said there are no fractures.
So we know that he didn't get into injuries.
an accident or anything that would have broken his ribs.
And so for me, I feel like separating myself from the attorneys, but just going with the medicine and the medical examiner, I feel like all he did was present a roadmap and left it for the professionals and for the forensic attorneys and for the detectives.
They can, they can take it from there, but he gave us the black and white of what the body said and how the body talks.
Right, and I don't know if we have, I took a screenshot of it, but I don't know if we have the part in Dr. Mitchell's report where he explains, just to what your caller is asking about, he explains what he believes is happening with the portions that he was not provided, with the portions of the throat, not that they are missing, but that he often in his examination holds those back for further review and that it's very meticulous, it takes a long time
So we don't know yet what the result of that is going to be.
And he does explain that in his report.
