um procedure um there's a massive rise actually in facelifts and facelifts are becoming um much more mainstream i think they used to be reserved for the super rich yeah yeah but now actually especially this thing called the the deep plane facelift has really caught the imagination of people deep

No, it's the level at which the tissues are dissected and pulled.
There have been a huge number of innovations in the last few decades about making results more natural, trying to reduce complications, trying to improve recovery times.
If you think back to the 80s facelifts where people could end up looking like they were stuck in a wind tunnel...

But now things are far more natural and it's all going that way.
Well, again, there's massive variation.
So I won't be speaking personally because I actually stopped doing facelifts a few years ago, personally.
