You know, as someone who's relatively new to the field, it's great that it sticks, honestly.

So you talk a little bit about, you know, you're interested in plastic surgery, you find urology and reconstructive urology.

Did you have an inkling that bared penis was like on the horizon for you or was that something that Dr. Santucci really introduced you to?

Talk a little bit about that.

Yeah.

And I mean, you know, when I think of when I think of buried penis and when I'm reading the buried penis research, you know, like you are the name that I think of.

I think that, you know, you've really done an amazing job of kind of building the scholarship around the topic.

Can you talk from Dr. Santucci really being one of the pioneers in this space to it really being, I think, a foundational part of GERS now?

You know, it's like seeing it in soft tissue diseases is one of the big domains that exist in the fellowship.

Can you talk about kind of how you've seen that grow and change over time?

And from a technical standpoint, talk about kind of how you've seen things change.

Were you grafting with Dr. Santucci?

Is that something that came later?

Some of the different tissue flaps you were doing, were those kind of things?

Or are those things that you did pick up from plastic surgery, from general surgery, kind of as you were going?

Do you find that you're making that determination, you know, flap versus graft, preoperatively or intraoperatively?

You know, when I'm seeing these patients, I'm trying to, I'm almost thinking of it in a little bit of a, I don't know, kind of a backward sense.

I'm usually trying to figure out what I definitely can't use and what I definitely can't do.

And when I tell the patient kind of what they're going to be getting in the operating room, I tell them all the stuff that I know.
