Yeah, no, I very much have to thank you for the paper on penile cancer and premalignant lesions.
I actually early on in practice was having some issues with various insurance companies and I started putting that in my note template.
And it stopped like, you know, and I started being able to to do some of them at our cancer center.
Even if you're, you know, like you're citing the literature, this is, you know, a disease that is that is predisposed to pre-magnet lesions.
Like the questions from insurance companies stopped.
So I very much appreciate that paper.

Because I, you know, I agree with you.
It is something that I think that Foreigner's Gangrene is something that I think Gers really has like a love-hate relationship with.
but I think it's absolutely a reconstructive disease process and something that, you know, we need more scholarship and we need more, you know, evidence behind to kind of make it ours and make it a legitimate disease process that we're proud of, you know?
And I really do look at kind of what you've done with bird penises as the way to do that.

As we talk about kind of bringing buried penis to light, your work making it a more accessible and stable disease process for the subspecialty, I do think it's kind of ironic that it's
that, you know, the name hidden penis or buried penis is a disease process that is like hidden and buried from medicine.
You know, I think it's just heartbreaking when, and I'm sure you see this all the time, when you see a patient who comes to you and they're like, I've been asking people for help for five years, for 10 years, and everyone says, go lose weight, or this isn't a problem, or I don't know, you know, it seems fine.
There's just so many folks who suffer in silence, and they're misdiagnosed, and they're ignored.
