Do you feel like you're seeing it more frequently now, earlier, less end-stage cases?
Yeah, even though they're larger, they're still calorie malnourished.
What are you thinking about for the borderline patients?
Those are the ones I actually have the biggest trouble with.
If they are like, you know, a pinpoint cicatrix and I know that I can't get that penis out in the office, kind of what you're getting at, I feel a little bit better about operating at a higher BMI or A1C.
We just need to like get the penis out to the world again.
And then obviously there are those folks who may have, they may be totally buried when standing, but you, you know, you take your finger and you push back at the pubic sulcus and all of a sudden like very healthy, very well taken care of skin is there.
It's just flipped inside out.
You know, those patients I know can wait.
It's the folks I feel like I have trouble with are the people
oftentimes younger guys who they've got a cicatrix and they have a lot of like skin tearing when they get an erection or they can get their penis out, but it's kind of tough.
Those borderline folks, they're not quite un-exhumable, but they're not quite exhumable.
What are you looking at for those patients?
Because I feel like those are the toughest decisions for me, at least.
And then my last question, kind of off topic, but I've got a couple of folk who I'd
know that they need to be exhumed.
You know, they are, they're the unexhumable, they need to be exhumed.
But I also, with the amount of kind of peripenile or perigenital tissue, I know that I'm not going to be able to like get much more than a couple centimeters of the penis out to put a graft on or try to flap.
And I
I worry about it reburying.
