What's gone well in kind of establishing our urologic reconstructive survivorship team at OSU?

You know, for a reconstructive urologist who's listening to this and wants to pitch a, you know, a dedicated survivorship clinic to their department chair or their hospital C-suite, how do you make the business case for it or how do you make the value case for it?
Yeah, I guess one super simple example that I'm thinking of would be you talk about tube changes and recurrent urinary tract infections and
You know, interventional radiologists, for example, are, you know, I think there's a worse shortage of interventional radiologists, at least anecdotally, than urologists right now.
I suppose for every tube change you can offload by fixing a ureter, that's routine tube, you know, nephrostomy tube exchanges, then that's, you know, probably once a year an accidental removal, an ER visit.
Multiple CT scans, you know, for nephrostomy tube exchanges, you fix the ureter, you know, that's probably a huge burden off an interventional radiology division.
You know, maybe that doesn't, you know, see a...
Maybe you don't see that on the urology side as much, but you're probably providing a huge benefit and understanding the landscape of your system.
It's probably easier to make that case, you know, by identifying the stakeholders who can say, hey, I know, you know, I know this may be cost a little extra on the urology side, but he's really helping us on the interventional radiology side.
So I keep fixing the urinators.
