You know, if we're talking about, you know, future directions for either an individual who's like looking to to increase their survivorship from a clinical standpoint or maybe from a research perspective, like what needs more attention in survivorship?
Let's pivot to the operating room where, you know, reconstructive urology has seen such a massive technological boom.
Robotics, new equipment.
You know, I'm thinking of like the Ravini retractor for, you know, post radiation, you know, VUAS and chemo.
posterior urethral stenosis, new graft materials that we're using.
How have some of these things changed your practice or your approach to kind of post-cancer treatment tissue and post-cancer treatment reconstruction?
Absolutely.
And do you find that, you know, you're doing cases now in a different way that you were trained because you have that change in technology, change in, you know,
