Maybe eating a bit better.
A lot of us like turn to a lot more jelly snakes and Snickers bars around that period of time because you just feel so dreadful.
So I would just give that a shot.
See if exercise helps because that does seem to help a lot with brain fog, whether it's come from chemo brain or post-COVID brain.
Everything seems to respond quite well to exercise.
And just to reassure your friend,
To get dementia before the age of 65 is exceptionally rare.
I mean, it tends to happen more with these particular genetic conditions that you'll probably know about because maybe mum had dementia at like 57, 58, and you got told that it could be in your future.
But it's so rare and brain fog is so common.
I would tell your friend not to worry, but do those couple of lifestyle tweaks to see if we can help it along.
