We're using all of our resources, right?
If you think of a country at war, that country is not building roads and schools.
It is the only thing it's doing is attacking and defending, right?
And then what we want to do is we want to resolve that.
We want to get up over toxins and the infections and resolve that war so that we can shift the signaling into that rebuilding, that repair.
And things that do that that signal, rebuild, repair, grow are sex hormones like our testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, DHA, pregnetolone.
enough thyroid hormone, enough vitamin D, vitamin K2.
These fat-soluble, we call them vitamins, they are more hormones.
Um there are also there's brain derived notrophic factor, BDNF, that comes from muscle, goes to the brain to signal notropic behavior of the cells, to signal more connection, more synaptogenic connection between neurons that helps us remember where we put our keys.
So that we've got to have enough again, it's that balance.
We don't want too much, like too much testosterone is too much testosterone.
It can create can risk for cancer, it can that it can do damage, but not enough is going to reduce the signaling to our brain that tells us to grow and connect and repair and regenerate.
We can there's stem cells and peptides that we can go into in terms of signaling as well, but
I don't want to miss infections because this is one that's highly actionable for people.
So I mentioned that HSV1, the herpes virus that causes cold sores, ha plays a big role.
Um P.
gingevalis also increases risk of dementia.
So oral microbiome and dental health has a big role in the in the brain.
And then additionally, borelia, so the lime spirochete, there's a neurolime, and that has also been found on autopsy of people who have suffered with Alzheimer's.
And COVID.
