COVID is another one.
COVID's uh we think will probably predispose more people to the dementia called late L-A-T-E.
It's an acronym.
That happens more to people in their 80s and 90s.
It's a slower progressing form of dementia, but it seems to be triggered by viruses like COVID.
And then COVID itself can cause clotting in the microvasculature that can lead to ischemic changes more related to vascular dementia.
But certainly something that's really important to address.
And I'm sure many people out there who had COVID go, oh yeah, my brain was not working the same after that.
And for some people that lasts quite a while.
And so helping with the vascular health and helping with blood flow perfusion is an important piece of that post-COVID cognitive change scenario.
Yeah, exactly.
Yep.
That's what we do.
And I really it's about starting where it feels good for you.
Right.
And my my hope is that somebody out there listening is like, okay, I'm gonna make that appointment for the sleep study today or I'm gonna start wearing my CPAP tonight.
That is amazing.
I'm gonna, you know, I'm gonna start exercising because to your point, it's that hormetic effect.
When it comes to stress, what we want is enough stress to to get the system to learn more resilience.
Right.
