And so that's exercise.
And that might be fasting three hours before we go to bed so that we get better sleep.
That is stressing the system a little bit so that we get even more resilience.
We're a stronger, healthier organism.
That's a good stress.
It's when we have too much of it, like sleep deprivation is always a bad stress.

However, these are all things that are gonna reduce cancer risk, cardiovascular risk, that are going to help us maintain our our youthful vigor well into our eighties and nineties.
That's the goal.
Yeah, and in our in our clinical trial, so we we had the good fortune of being able to run a clinical trial in our office where we took 23 participants through a six-month intervention and seventeen of the twenty-three improved their cognition.
And they start they all started with measurable cognitive cognitive improvement impairment, excuse me, MCI, both mild cognitive and measurable cognitive.
And we did not exclude people who had a diagnosis of Alzheimer's.
So we see this, it's not just anecdotal.
We see this consistently, both in the with the study that we published that came out of our office, and then also in the in the other literature where other providers are doing this as well.
So the first patient who really, really opened my eyes to this, I saw her in late 2017, early twenty eighteen, and she came in with a MOCA of two.
So the MOCA is the Montreal cognitive assessment.
And this is a blunt tool that we use it to establish where someone is on that spectrum of mild cognitive impairment versus
