And so then a method like withdrawal is maybe like, well, you know, we did something, but... You've come off contraception, so you're open to, I suppose, the surprise of falling pregnant.

And I think that always really interests me when I'm doing this research is like how our lives change and what's happening in our lives and how that impacts our contraceptive use.
And it's not static.
It's complicated.
It's way more complicated than what it looks like on surface level.

Get a good GP.
Having a good GP, someone that you trust, who knows stuff about contraception that you can talk to is really important, makes a huge difference.
Everyone is different.
Everyone has their own other stuff going on in their lives, their own medical conditions, and that impacts what contraceptive methods you can use.
Yeah.
So having someone you can talk to and someone who listens to you.
So if you go to a GP and say, I'm not happy on this.
I don't like this side effect.
It's not making me feel good.
