I'd like to come on to your work, to the work that you do in workplaces.
And just to frame it a little bit, if I may, the chapter on reasoning is quite provocative.

Exhibit A might be Liz Truss, right?
Who did quite well at Oxford University, right?
She did very, very well, but arguably was not the most gifted prime minister that we've ever had.
And so I'm interested in like what an alternative to this might look like.
And I'm really interested to hear more about the work that you do in workplaces, working with adults on helping them to become more embodied in the way that they go about their work.
And I'm interested in that practice, but also to hear about, you said a few moments ago that it's been harder to do this than you sort of anticipated when you started doing it.
So I'd really love to hear about that.
