Just a final sort of comment on this.
I suppose there are some people, naming no names, perhaps some of these strong adherents of cognitive load theory and the likes, who might dismiss this
book and this sort of work as a return to what they describe as like discredited ideas, like Brain Gym, which was around not so long ago.
You were mentioning sort of movement breaks earlier, Emily, which is sort of, I think most people would say, oh yeah, just like take a movement break.
But Brain Gym sort of went a lot further and made some quite outlandish claims.
I think it's fair to describe some of that as pseudoscientific.
