So it's like a little sort of body heat map diagrams associated with different, the connection between body sensations and emotions, like anger, fear, disgust, happiness, depression, and so on.

Of course, it's not like, you know, a cut and dried thing.

And the activity is to like ask kids to to color in their own personal versions and to compare it with each other and to discuss that.

And I think that that looks like a really I really want to do that when I next get the opportunity.

It looks like a really powerful way to start to get people to develop that interoceptive sense of of how their bodies are telling them things, whether they whether they sort of noticing that or not.

I really like that one.
