Okay, let's get back to today's pod.
Yeah, I love that.
I'd really like to come back to this in a little while, because in your chapter, one of your two chapters, Sarah, is about what it means to be evidence informed.
And I know that we used to work together at the Institute of Education and we used to use this phrase a lot, which I think appears in that chapter as well, engaging with research and in research.
And you need to do both of those things because you can't just take ideas off the shelf.
So I really want to get into that in more detail.
But let's just work our way through these four sections of the book.
And in as much detail as we can muster in the time that we have.
And so the first one is leadership.
And your chapter kicks off that section, Liz.
And I just wanted to highlight just there's one particular aspect of it, which I found really interesting.
