It's often really unspoken.

and bringing yourself to work, as it were, a little bit more and sort of being open about your interests, but perhaps also some of your vulnerabilities and just sort of being authentic and a bit softer and a bit more sort of, you know, relatable, I suppose.
I'd just be really interested to hear your thoughts about that whole process.
