And I think what women need to understand, that if you understand the science behind and the biology of how you get a baby, that if you understand it, you will be more optimistic than you think, even though you're a little older and even though you know what's happening.

As a woman, you owe it to yourself and your future babies to learn this and use it wisely and make good decisions, because that's your power.
