One very powerful thing that I think people don't realize is your brain can't tell the difference between you experiencing it and visualizing it.
Your brain is a store that is a memory either way.
So it's just like when you visualize yourself jumping out of a plane, your brain thinks you've done that.
So when you get to the edge of the cliff and you're 14,000 feet in the air, your brain thinks, hey, I've already done this a bunch of times.
Where does that end up from practical?
Because I've got lots of friends that are like, I'll never jump out of a plane.
That's nuts.
You know, that doesn't relate to me.
It's the same thing about opening a business.
We're having a difficult conversation.
How many times do people avoid conflict, which is fear?
And if you can visualize not the negative, but the great outcome that you're going to have, you and I have a tiff.
