And one of the things one of the claims I make in this book is it's a problem for American democracy.

Constitution has been meaningfully amended since 1971.
And so instead, the Supreme Court amends the Constitution and how it acts, right?
So the longer that goes on, the more resentful people are of the Supreme Court.
When people ask, like, well, would we ever get that back?
