Which obviously Anne's coronation which has obviously been planned for some time.

at Easter of that year.

So even before that has happened.

So he's just jumping the gun on everything and just deciding that h his will and his word

Yeah, they have to legitimize her, they have to legitimize the son that they are expecting that she is carrying.
