It is the only industry in the world that dares to accuse the consumer of not being competent.
If you can't use it, that's the technology's fault, not yours.
There are three things that that person, but not just that person, but the people who love them, their adult children, their spouse, their partner, whatever it might be.
Three things to think about.
One is that you can get some capability back.
So that working out, that nutrition is about what you can do to improve, shall we say, the original equipment.
The second thing is the built environment itself, the house, the car, whatever.
Start to arrange things, not just because you think they're aesthetically nice, but how do you arrange the right furniture, the right way to organize your kitchen to make it so it's easy for you to maneuver every day to reduce that friction?
And the third one, and this is the hardest, you can eat, you can do nutrition, you can rearrange your lifestyle.
The third one, ask for help, ask for support.
So think about yourself, the environment, and the human element.
Mel, you just put your finger on the most important thing you could do to plan for a better longevity, the conversation.
There's no reason to feel that aging has to be something you do alone.
It's a conversation with the people you love, the people that you call friends, about how to rearrange the environment.
What is it that we can do to improve each other's lives?
And again, it's not about, quote unquote, those old people.
This is something that we all have a vested interest in.
It's coming for all of us, everybody.
There's no exit.
Well, I think you've had enough fun.
