when the workplace was there are younger workers and there are older workers.
Imagine this.
We now have not one, two, three, four, or five.
We have upwards of six generations in the workplace, shall we say, generational kinetics of expectation, how we work, what we do, and the like in the workplace.
So longer life longevity changes everything.
And the Age Lab is about trying to redesign the systems to support living longer and better.

And it's aging, and it's more about the health conditions that kind of correlate with aging quite often.
So diabetes, arthritis, diminished vision function.

We watch them in the wild.
We're kind of creepy.
We watch in the house, the car, the store, home, whatever it might be.
But it's when you wear the suit that you kind of like get it.
