And most of our patients will have reactive hypoglycemia or insulin resistance.
So much easier.
Vitamin D, ferritin is usually for like an iron.
If you have too high of ferritin, it's actually you have more inflammation than not, or you have iron overload.
And a lot of people have really low ferritin.
And so just checking that could be really important.
But those simple markers that I just said,
Do those and see where they're at.
And most likely, if you have chronic symptoms, you're going to have issues.
Another thing which is absolutely crazy is it's not a marker.
It's just checking your blood pressure.
A lot of our patients have healthy or normal blood pressure, but they have blood pressure that's like 100 over 60.
They have like blood pressure of a dead person.
That's terrible, by the way.
So check this out, this presentation.
If your blood pressure is too low, then you're not going to get oxygen and nutrients to the brain and distal tissues.
So then like fatigue, depression, low motivation, just you not feeling yourself is really common.
Low neurotransmitter function, brain inflammation, those are all common symptoms.
So this patient goes to a doctor and they're like, I'm completely normal.
They say I'm normal.
