Glucose serum and hemoglobin A1C are super easy.
There's a marker called lactic dehydrogenase.
If that's high, you have inflammation.
If it's lower, it means your cells aren't accepting glucose effectively or they're not getting enough glucose.
So we live in this like metabolic disease sick population.
