really out of norm, really sometimes even grotesque, disgusting, morally just putrid to be able to get excited, not just sexually excited, but excited in general.
We get excited when we have a great meal.
That's a normal person.
These individuals, that's not enough for them.
They need something really, really out of the box and sometimes often disgusting to be excited about life, excited sexually to feel feelings of joy.

it's pretty twisted.
