There is such a powerful drive to return to the couch.
So identity shapes motivation.

A loser is an adaptation that our mind forms to protect ourselves.
If I think of myself as a loser, other people will pick up on that empathic energy and they will think of me as a loser as well.
So a loser never has imposter syndrome.
We need to be defiant in the face of the world.

Let go of the possibility of it ever happening.
