You know, they want to have something around their mouth or drink something hot in the morning, but then actually there are certain active ingredients in those habits they may do, like nicotine or caffeine, which actually overrides physiology and makes it addictive.
On that topic of smoking, um, over the last few years we've seen the rise of people vaping and you know, there's a a lot of media coverage and even, you know
The NHS health organizations promote vaping as a safer alternative to smoking, which, you know, for the vast majority of health reasons, it may be a safer alternative, but it's not safe in and of itself.
And a lot of people are vaping instead of smoking, but there's a lot of people now vaping who would never have smoked at all.
