Exercise is a huge component of allowing you to, you know, build foundations to your habit and then you fuel the exercise with the right nutrition.
So, you know, they're inevitably paired together and it has untold benefits for other aspects of your health, you know, better sleep, etc., which then ties into the nutrition.
But yeah, I think it's about a psychological reframe and just actually, you know, taking more effort and mindfulness.
