I get messages and emails all the time from folks who are reading it and they're like, Thank you so much for talking about this.
Cause I think that's one of the biggest things about it's why I'm candid that a lot of these are my own experiences, is because I get that feedback of like, I didn't know we could talk about these things.
And so I try to tell myself that when I am, you know, out and about and
Um, I try to tell people I'm an author because there's just like this
Piece of it that is very hard.
That's a great question.
Um, it's a lot like again, gosh, motherhood and authorship are very similar.
It's like once you have your baby and that was one of the first things, like, are you gonna write another?
I'm like
Geez Louise, I just got like this book out, like um
But I I feel like something else is gonna happen down the line.
I don't have capacity right now and I have to be really honest and like gracious with myself right now to go through that process.
And I would love to do it in a way where it doesn't take five years again.
So I'm kinda giving myself the rest of the year to really promote
through her eyes to try to get folks um to buy into my messaging around like we all need the village, the world needs healthy mothers, our children need healthy mothers in
It doesn't just look like self care um
Like going to the spa and like wine nights and it takes like a community around people and
Um, so I'm hopeful that my my next book will be like a twenty twenty eight venture and kind of get that out, do it all so much faster.
