I l I love that reminder though is that like the second time is not gonna be that hard is hard.
And so my I also know this first book was so deeply personal.
It was so individual to me that I don't think the second one will have um the it won't need to be like the healing processing journey that I needed this one to be.
And so that does feel like it'll take a
A little bit less like emotional toil than the first one did.
You know, Mike, what I'm hearing is that I probably just need to take a nap a little bit more often.

Yeah, so what I love love love about my book is that it gives
Women and and people who support women and mothers in their worlds, a way to understand why motherhood feels hard, like why women are saying that this is hard.
It goes into some some dark stories, some funny stories.
That are usually based on truth and they just really share how it's not just like this current moment of a crying baby that's hard.
It's the generational trauma that's compressing them.
It's the societal pressures to also perform professionally.
It's like the knowing that everything you do as a mom is impacting your child.
There's um you're being compressed from all these different ways, and that we need to start understanding motherhood.

Of the world and so I hope that my book does that a little bit with through some whimsy and through some magic and
