So when it's your own my own personal story, but when it was a tale of fiction, I think people can dig in and find some empathy, see themselves a little bit more in it, not feel as tied to me as a person within my bigger story and more of, oh, this is a universal

Yeah, I think that is a great point because
I I'm an academic, like I know how to research, I know how to prepare.
I spent I also have ADHD and so I'm love a good hyperfocus.
And when I was pregnant and I was diagnosed with ADHD after I had my kids, like they were mud they were older.
Um, but when I was pregnant, I realized I was hyper focusing on things like swaddles and breastfeeding and natural labor.
Like I I knew how to have a baby.
Um, and I knew what it would sleep in, but there was not there's nothing out there about like what does it actually feel like to have have a
A a new person in your world and how much they will shape it.
And I think especially as the way that I was raised was an eldest daughter in a dysfunctional family, parentified, like very responsible, very good at being fine, like very successful.
I did was doing, I was getting my PhD while I was pregnant.
I defended my dissertation and graduated, walked with eight month pregnant belly.
So like I knew how to get get things done.
Um
And so then you have this baby that comes into the picture and they reshape things in ways you can't understand until you're you're in the thick of it.
