Food doesn't really matter.
The majority of chronic disease in America today is directly caused by your diet.
If you want to lose fat, you've got to cut the carbs.
That's just as simple as it gets.
Absolutely.
The USDA, the FDA, the AMA, the ADA, the AHA, all of these organizations are complicit.
When I took the oath, I meant it.
And I had been harming people by giving them the ADA medical advice.
I had been making diabetics sicker, pushing them closer to kidney failure, closer to the amputation by the words coming out of my mouth.
Whole grains are in any way a health food.
Because bread is made up of starches and inflammatory protein.
And some people can eat bread, and they don't really have an inflammatory reaction.
But the carbs, the starch that breaks down into sugar, that counts for everybody.
Now, there are less bad versions of bread.
So if any of your viewers at home are making their own sourdough bread, if they're grinding their own grain.
We're all about that on this show.
So definitely that is the least bad bread option.
But I've been studying nutrition for years, and that study has taken me into the fields of anthropology and archaeology and history.
And bread, without exception, has always been a poverty food.
It's always been a starvation food.
