I'm happy to go into why.
I don't think everybody needs to be a carnivore.
But I think there is no proper human diet that does not contain meat, eggs, and fish.
Oh, sure.
Your diet is not proper.
If you think a vegan diet is healthy and natural and ancestrally appropriate, you've been deluded.
Yeah.
You're confused, okay?
It is very clear from the anthropological evidence that meat has always been the go-to food for human beings.
We are omnivores, definitely, by classification.
But that doesn't mean that we are equally healthy if we're eating mostly plants.
Right.
Okay?
And some people can tolerate way more plants.
Some people cannot tolerate them.
So for me, somebody who fattens very easily—
develops prediabetes very easily.
All carbohydrates break down into sugar, okay?
Whether it's the carbohydrates from a jelly donut or the carbohydrates from cooked broccoli.
A carb is a carb.
