There are people over on this tail that if they eat hardly any of it, it's going to have a negative effect.
And there are people over on this tail, they could eat five pounds every meal.
It's not going to affect them really at all, seemingly.
Most people can eat 100 grams of carbs a day.
Doesn't really make them fat.
Doesn't make them diabetic.
They can tolerate that, okay?
And that's why low carb is on the left-hand side of a proper human diet spectrum.
Some people got to cut the carbs more down to a ketogenic diet.
Mm-hmm.
in order to lose the stored fat, in order to get rid of the fatty liver.
Some people have, like me, I have to cut the carbs as low as I can possibly cut them.
And so really what a carnivore diet is, is it's the lowest carbohydrate diet that a human can eat.
It's not zero carb because eggs have a gram of carb per egg.
A serving of liver has two grams of carbs per serving of liver.
So it's not zero carb, although that's a pretty standard misnomer.
People will call it zero carb, but it's not.
But that's irrelevant.
The relevant thing is it's the lowest carbohydrate option.
It's also the diet lowest in phytochemicals.
