Now, do the big corporations want to make billions of dollars a year?

Of course.

Big food and big pharma, they've got to make their billions.

And so they're going to do whatever it takes to make those billions.

But the people who were really tasked with protecting the American public, the USDA, the FDA, the AMA, the ADA, the AHA, are guilty of dereliction of duty.

I can tell you exactly what did it.

So all of my life, I've been very slender, very athletic.

And so I go to medical school.

I'm in residency training.

I'm working full time in the emergency department.

and also full-time in the clinic, and just eating whatever because I had that assumption.

I can eat whatever.

It's fine.

I'll just take a pill if I need it.

And I lived in scrubs, which have a drawstring at the waist.

I'm very tall, and so I had to wear extra large or 2X scrubs.

So there was plenty of drawstring in the middle.

And so I knew I'd gained some weight, but I didn't have time to jump on a scale.

One day I jumped on a scale, and I was 297 pounds.
