So I guess rule number one, wash your hands when you go to the bathroom.

Rule number two, wash your produce and just be really thoughtful as you're hearing about these outbreaks.

You know, stay away from Taco Bell.

Pay attention to the public health notices that are out there.

I am not saying stay away from Taco Bell, but like, you know, be smart when these public health notices are coming out and heed those warnings.

This will pass just like what's going through people's bodies right now.

It tends to last for a couple of days to a couple of weeks, but it can even be months if your body can't clear it.

So this will eventually go away.

But if we can't fix our public health infrastructure, we're going to see more of this.

We're seeing more measles.

We're seeing more outbreaks of many different things that we used to be able to contain.

But now we don't have the ability to do it.
