But they're not going for the enlarged, exaggerated BBL look of fat injections.
So this is like Kardashian 2.0 look.
It's not the 1.0.
They want something that just looks lean, athletic, elongated, and they just want the shape.
They don't necessarily want a lot of volume.
And so I designed a surgery to recreate that lifted shape, kind of redistribute the tissue higher up on the buttock so they get a perkier look and they don't necessarily have to have it be larger.
And some of these patients will combine it with the Allocate cadaver fat product to add a little bit more peachier volume at the top.
But we've never had a need for this surgery before.
What happened was it was the question.
I had patients come in.
They go, I have this problem now.
And I had done other surgery for them, so they trusted me.
And then I had a couple of patients where they were like, I will try anything to make this better.
And so it's a surgery I developed since 2021.
And I think we've now perfected it.
But it basically started out with a more conservative version.
And we've since got it to the point where we're getting the lift that we want and the long-term result that we want.
So the concept is that, yes, there's a scar.
It's a fairly long scar, but it's completely hidden where the tiniest bikini or a thong would sit.
So the patient will never even see the scar.
