Speaking about looping, we're looping back to the uh the the big names because I'd like to be able to give our listeners some
Um ideas of books and r reading, uh uh uh 'cause my O C D knowledge
begun in the you know, how to tell you, in the nineties or was it eight late eighties?
Um with um
Paul Sokoskos and I've got that magnificent book on uh cognitive what is it, the psychiatric treatments for psych I can't remember, but it's edited by Houghton and that's my one of my most favourite book and has a chapter in it in treating O C D.
And I've it I I want to know what you think because I think there's a lot of fear around treating OCD.
And I think that book and working with working as a you know young clinician with with Paul Sarkovsk back in the days when there were no internet and we went to workshops and conferences and he would say just have a go.
Just use the you know ERP and have a go, don't be afraid.
But anyway, we'll come back to that.
