You don't have to be a nutritionist or dietitian to know junk food from real food.
Real food is from fruits, vegetables, things that are fresh.
There's very little processing from where they're produced to when you eat it.
Like orange, it's always an orange.
You can't process it as an orange.
Or a banana is a banana.
So try as much as possible to avoid things that comes in boxes and cans.
And if there's fresh vegetables, you buy frozen vegetables in a package.
I think that's okay because still it's real vegetables.
