Whenever I'm sleep deprived, so four or five hours of sleep, I consider sleep deprived.
I used to pull all-nighters years ago.
Now I avoid them at all costs.
But whenever I have that experience,
I feel like my whole body to some extent is in a low level of pain.

Is it endocrine?
