And also human potential development as well, because what I realized is, oh my gosh, it doesn't matter.
What we're faced with in life, whether it's a health challenge, a life situation, these can be opportunities for insight and transformation and growth.
And that was absolutely apparent in my own personal world.
And I started to kind of see health challenges in a different light.
There was much less about fixing it using medications, which is the usual allopathic approach.
and much more about inquiring into the root causes, addressing them, whilst also inquiring into what's the lesson and how can I change and transform the way I show up and my lifestyle in response to this.
Those three areas really have shaped my entire professional career.
Today, I'm predominantly an educator.
I educate practitioners, coaches.
I mentor them as well.
I'm a consultant to a company called Stemrogen, who really...
are doing some pioneering work and I believe are going to really help a lot of people understand, doctors particularly, how the body heals.
Because if you ask that question of doctors, they won't really be able to tell you.
And I think we're very closer to understanding that now.
So I know we're going to touch on that today.
Yeah.
I normally start with asking someone why they care about their health.
Because if you don't care about your health, chances are you're not going to make any significant changes.
So it really starts with, I think, having a positive vision for how you want your health and your life to be in whatever timeframe is most relevant.
Could be 10 years out, 30 years out, five years out, one year out.
