You need to apprehend some things and you need to comprehend things.
The brain has machinery to do, I think, whatever the mind asks it to.
Really?
Yes.
So the brain has a machinery to develop habits, okay?
The brain has a machinery to experience emotions.
The brain has a machinery to...
sense danger in ways you don't even know like you can smell danger actually and most people don't realize that but there's a smell of danger when the pheromones of a Nefarious character who's walking down the street near you there is something there that we don't we're not even aware your brain Creates that mechanism for you to feel it exactly you smell it and then it triggers like fear danger something's off exactly and now you
that gets you ready for fight, flight, or freeze.
Now, we have to understand that many times that's not helpful in terms of when we're in the boardroom or when we're being challenged by somebody.

The more fear you have, the less you're going to think.
Right.
Exactly.
So I think that the brain has the machinery for the mind to do really whatever it wants.
And I think that we're just starting to scratch the surface on the capabilities of the mind.
And we're seeing, we used to think the brain doesn't really grow as we get older and we lose cells.
number of connections can increase and increase increase based upon but based upon what we're doing what we're thinking really yes and even learning new skills creates new proteins within the brain and the way the neurotransmitters so there clearly is the mind's ability to kind of guide the brain's growth there's definitely like some hard wiring there
