The second patient who asks the same question, we change.
As a physician, I'm telling you, it helps us to have patients pushing us to pay attention to, for example, ambient collection of information in the doctor's office.
So I get a medical report on what you told me.
Why?
Because 50% of what a doctor tells a patient is forgotten before the patient leaves the office.
So when your kid asks you, hey, what happened with the doctor?
You don't remember.
You're nervous.
You're anxious.
The doctor spoke quickly, used big words.
Break all that down.
All of a sudden, information gets flowing easily.
Now you've got a lot more stakeholders.
And who's the ultimate stakeholder?
The patient.
