Yeah.
But just I think what this shows is that you can't ignore the behaviors ever.
You have to continue addressing them.
And just a huge shout out.
I'm just so grateful for that team for the continued.
continued work that they do to make sure that we don't fall backwards, that we continue to move the culture forward.

Well, I will say from my experience through this and over the years and in my eyes and my perspective, I feel leaders need to first start with getting clarity, creating that consistency and having the courage.
That's a huge one.
From a clarity standpoint, we need to get honest with what's happening in the department and stop making the excuses.
You know, again, I shared this earlier, but I can't stress this enough.
And this happened with us.
Well, this is the emergency department, it's a high stress environment.
So we're gonna see that.
