And once I've got that, the rapport is a bit easier.

For people who use cannabis, they're sort of like, oh, I smoke too much cannabis.

Is it resin or grass, pollen or cheese, skunk, super skunk, sensimilian, Northern Lights, Black Widow?

And they're like, how do you know this?

And it's all about know thine enemies.

Once you know what people might be using, it makes it easier.

When I was in the prison, I realised that tramadol was being used for oral sex in some of the sex offender population.

And once I realised that and I refused to be a bankroll for them to carry on, then I managed to reduce the prescribing massively.

It's all about knowing what's going on out there and then you can maybe act on that knowledge and try and improve the situation one patient at a time.

There's a big problem at the moment with ketamine.

I'm not sure how to deal with that.

But knowing a little about that ketamine and how it can cause problems with the bladder, that makes it easier to talk to those patients.

It's just about sort of increasing your knowledge about the problems that are going on.

And if you have a patient that has an issue, tell you what, I'm going to go away and read about this.

I'm going to ask a few people about what's going on.

And then maybe we can see each other in a week or two weeks time and see where we're at.

But while I'm doing that, maybe you can go to some of these recovery type meetings, something anonymous, smart, whatever, and see if you can get some identification of other people who've been there, seen it, done it, and see what they've got to suggest.

No one chooses to end up in a recovery meeting.
