There's still a lot of domestic violence.

We hit a wall, and this is the way I describe it.

And they needed to find something to get past that wall.

They needed a snake in the grass.

They needed an Iraq to go invade.

They needed somebody to blame and trauma was the magic answer.

There's a group that invented this term toxic stress out of thin air.

And that's kind of been like the magic snake in the grass that gets all sorts of attention to get funding, get legislation, to get policy changes, to try to move a social justice agenda.

Maybe an explanation is that our lives are really complicated.

So rich now that we forget how bad things can be.

And so people kind of recalibrated like we don't have a World War II, but we've got let's blame social media.

You know, we got to blame something.

So it seems like maybe it's just kind of shifted.

I think that could be one explanation.

Yeah.

There is just a shortage of hate and racism.

So they had to fabricate some and.

I don't know that I totally understand the younger generation since I'm not in that.

I understand there's a big divide in how they view the world from the way we view it, my generation at least.

And I'm trying to wrap my head around that.
