And it's a key part of our overall project looking at land use, obviously.
Um, so how did groups at this time how do they arrive here, first of all, in in this part of Ireland, where do they come from?
were their competing group.
Or
were there you know was there plenty of room for everyone and are we just looking at chronological change?
rather than competition between different groups or
some sort of interaction between different groups.
So I suppose on a personal level we were very surprised to find these two right next to each other, delighted of course, um, on an academic level.
We are enthralled by the the the research potential here.
And I suppose at a local level here regionally, the local community is fascinated by by all of this as well.
So the discovery of these two tombs
together or even one individually is
It's i i it's attracting attention on a whole load of different levels.
Um so yeah, there are a lot of different people interested in the actual discovery for for different reasons.
It it certainly does and identity in the past i is something uh that I think many people are interested interested in.
Um
Obviously there are modern implications.
Well just looking at the past itself.
The notion uh of identity is
Something that no doubt extends right back to the first peoples on this island.
