I really, really believe that.
Yes, a lot of the women I work with, I love to witness this.
One of the big motivators that they have is their kids.
And they say, you know, it may be over for me, which it's not, but this is just what they say, right?
It may be over for me, but I need to change so that I can show up differently for my kids and that my kids can learn how to be securely attached so that they can go on and have healthy relationships.
So a lot of women, if they won't do it for themselves, they will do it for their children.
And it does.
It has an absolute impact on their kids.
Yeah, I know we've talked about a lot today in terms of different aspects of what's required.
If I had to sum it up, the first step is awareness.
We have to have awareness.
We have to be able to go revisit the root trauma that, you know, I talked about the relationship inventory.
It's absolutely required and that's painful.
And it's just, we have to do it.
And then the second step is beliefs and really rewiring your brain.
Like we have to look at your belief system, see what is no longer serving you and get rid of those beliefs about yourself and beliefs about relationships and
that are maintaining the kind of relationships that you don't want.
So rewiring your belief system.
And then the third step that we haven't talked about as much today, but it's absolutely necessary, is learning how to embody secure attachment and have a regulated nervous system.
So getting out of that fight or flight zone,
