I can see so much basically, and it's really lovely.

And I think, not anymore, but I think historically I found carrying a telescope around quite difficult.

because they're just really quite big and heavy, and so I kind of wanted to instead go for a big binocular, although obviously we have a game changer right here.

I mean genuinely this is probably the most exciting bit of kit innovation I've experienced because like I said I just have never carried around telescopes really because I've got back problems and like you said they're really bulky and I think to be honest also as a woman like it's just a lot of weight to be carrying around and like for me actually being able to have a telescope and not a tripod and I'm rubbish at putting out tripods it takes me like five hours as well

and being able to just do that.

The first time I took it birdwatching, I was just like, this is actually, not to be dramatic, but I think actually changed my life.

But one of the reasons I get very excited about your stuff is it feels like

you're kind of pushing, expanding the idea of who's buying binoculars.

There's been amazing stuff for like people starting to birdwatch.

And I think actually I've found for women kind of more accessible stuff.

And I think it's just lovely that you're thinking about who wants to join this community, I guess.

I get the sense this is not your first bird fair.

What is it about bird fair that you like so much?

I think birdwatching can be a bit of a rabbit hole as well.

Most people do start off in a very casual way.

They start noticing the birds in their garden.

And then as they meet more birdwatchers who are maybe a bit more intense, suddenly you blink and it's like, oh my God, it's taken over my life in a lovely way.

But I think humans kind of do very naturally seek out connection.

And as you are able to build up a community who share the same passions and interests as you, you probably do kind of...

I mean, when I say take over your life, that's kind of a projection.
